Terms of Service

The basic terms for using Bahlaloga services, websites and SaaS systems.

This page is a business template for transparency and client onboarding. It should be reviewed by a qualified South African legal professional before full public launch, especially before onboarding medical debt clients.

1. Scope of services

Bahlaloga provides business support services and SaaS access including company registration assistance, CIPC/CSD/CIDB/UIF/BEE support, SARS eFiling assistance, CompEasy assistance, tender administration, branding, websites, business plans, business profiles, funding assistance, Compliance Cloud and Medical Debt Management System.

2. No guarantee of external outcomes

We assist with preparation, administration and submission support. We do not guarantee approval by CIPC, SARS, CSD, CIDB, funders, tender committees, medical councils, government departments or any external authority.

3. Client information and accuracy

Clients must provide complete, accurate and lawful information. Delays, rejection or additional costs caused by incorrect information are the client’s responsibility.

4. Payments

Prices are shown on the homepage or confirmed in writing. Work may start only after payment or agreed deposit is received. Third-party fees, where applicable, may be excluded unless expressly stated.

5. SaaS access

SaaS accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorised access attempts or breach of these terms. Clients must protect their passwords and enable MFA where available.

6. Acceptable use

Clients may not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen information, unauthorised personal information, misleading documents or content that infringes another party’s rights.

7. Turnaround times

Turnaround times are estimates and may depend on client response, document quality, external portal availability and third-party processing times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bahlaloga is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, tender loss, funding rejection, business interruption or external portal downtime.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform and services develop. Continued use after publication of updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
