1. Agreement purpose
This client agreement outlines the basic responsibilities between Bahlaloga and a client using our business services or SaaS systems.
2. Bahlaloga responsibilities
- Provide the selected service with reasonable skill and care.
- Communicate required information and documents.
- Protect client information using reasonable security measures.
- Provide access to SaaS features according to the selected package or pilot arrangement.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and lawful information.
- Respond to document and approval requests timeously.
- Pay agreed fees.
- Protect login details and enable MFA where required.
- Use SaaS systems lawfully and only for authorised business purposes.
4. Approval and sign-off
For documents, branding, business plans, profiles, websites and tender documents, clients must review outputs and request corrections within the agreed review period.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties should keep confidential information private except where disclosure is required to provide the service, comply with law or fulfil the client’s instruction.
6. Service changes
Changes outside the original service scope may require an additional quote or revised delivery timeline.
