Refund Policy

How refund reviews are handled for business services, SaaS subscriptions and once-off work.

This page is a business template for transparency and client onboarding. It should be reviewed by a qualified South African legal professional before full public launch, especially before onboarding medical debt clients.

1. General position

Refunds depend on the service type, whether work has started, whether third-party fees have been paid and whether the service has been delivered.

2. Once-off administration services

For services such as company registration assistance, CIPC annual returns, CSD, CIDB, UIF, BEE, SARS eFiling, tender administration, business plan, business profile, branding or website setup, no refund is usually available once work has materially started or deliverables have been provided.

3. Third-party fees

Fees paid to external bodies or third parties are not refundable by Bahlaloga unless the relevant third party refunds them.

4. Website hosting or recurring services

Recurring hosting or SaaS subscription fees are generally billed for the active period. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable but does not automatically refund the period already started.

5. Direct marketing cooling-off

Where a transaction legally qualifies for a cooling-off period under applicable consumer law, Bahlaloga will process requests in line with that legal requirement.

6. How to request a refund review

Email info@bahlalogasolutions.co.za with your name, payment date, service purchased, proof of payment and reason for the refund request.
