1. Beta status
During pilot or beta stages, Bahlaloga SaaS systems may still be improved, tested, refined and updated. Features may change based on testing, security requirements and client feedback.
2. Suitable beta use
Beta use is suitable for controlled testing, demo accounts and limited pilot clients. Medical debt real patient data should only be used after additional POPIA, access-control and client agreement checks have been completed.
3. Client feedback
Beta users may be asked to report bugs, confusing workflows, missing features and suggestions for improvement.
4. No critical reliance during beta
Clients should not rely on beta systems as the sole place to store important records. Clients must keep their own copies of critical business, financial, compliance and medical debt documents.
5. Transition to production
Bahlaloga may move selected systems from beta to production after security checks, backups, legal pages, access control and user workflows are verified.
