Bahlaloga Fire Solutions (Pty) Ltd provides business administration services, compliance support, branding, website development, tender support, funding application assistance, Bahlaloga Compliance Cloud and Bahlaloga Medical Debt Management System.
2. Personal information we may collect
- Identity and contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and business addresses.
- Business registration information, tax information and supplier registration information provided by clients.
- Documents uploaded or submitted for business support, compliance support, tender administration or funding assistance.
- Account login information, device information, IP address, security logs and support communication records.
- For medical debt workflows, limited patient account information may be processed only where a client is authorised to submit it and where a proper service agreement is in place.
3. Why we process information
We process information to provide requested services, operate SaaS accounts, manage billing/support, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, prevent fraud and secure our platforms.
4. How we protect information
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including user authentication, secure server configuration, HTTPS, access controls, backup processes, audit logs and restricted administrative access.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell client information. We may share information with service providers, regulators, hosting providers, payment/billing providers, professional advisors or government portals only where required to provide the requested service, comply with law or protect the platform.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients must only upload accurate information that they are authorised to submit. Clients using the medical debt system must ensure they have a lawful basis to process and submit patient or account information.
7. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, accounting, backup and security purposes. Retention periods may differ by service type.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing or information about how your personal information is processed.
